The Parekh Family Foundation, founded in 2006, reflects the values of Selene and Zankhna Parekh's parents. Established in memory of Gunvant and Bharati Parekh, who immigrated from Mumbai and Ahmedabad to the United States in 1969, the Foundation the importance of education, hard work, and discipline. As a non-profit, private operating foundation, it aims to the quality of life for individuals worldwide. Its primary initiatives focus on education, research, and providing medical aid to those in need both the United States and internationally.
In the realm of EDUCATION, the Foundation is dedicated to: Enhancing the medical field by offering business education to aspiring physicians and healthcare professionals. Attracting, nurturing, inspiring, and retaining top talent within the healthcare sector. Fost creativity and productivity in both young people and adults through initiatives that promote and support lifelong learning.
The Foundation is dedicated to advancing and supporting both basic and applied medical research and aid, particularly in regions significant challenges. It also focuses on promoting essential healthcare programs to ensure the health and well-being of community members of all ages. Additionally, the Foundation works to create vibrant communities by engaging individuals of all in health initiatives that enhance the well-being of their community and its residents.
